You can shop on the web shop in two ways:

2. When you have a ticket with a printed WTP number - save it, shopping can be even easier. Reload the ticket via webshop using a unique WTP number and go directly to the track. Reloading a ski pass is an additional benefit and Serbian Ski Resorts do not guarantee that it is possible to reload every card. It is not possible to reload the cards, that contain: seasonal, "10 or 20 in season" and depot tickets from the current season. The buyer will be clearly informed during the purchase process, if such a case arises.

DEAR CUSTOMERS, FROM THE WINTER SEASON, 2024/25, RELOADING TICKETS BY ENTERING THE WTP NUMBER IS ONLY VALID FOR TICKETS PURCHASED IN THE CURRENT SEASON. CUSTOMERS WHO RELOAD TICKETS FROM PREVIOUS SEASONS ON THE WEBSHOP BEAR ALL THE COSTS OF RELOADING, AND SKI RESORTS OF SERBIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR VALID FUNCTIONALITY.
